For carts to synchronize between the Servigistics InService web system and a Servigistics InService Offline system, the attributes on the Cart type must be the same on both systems. If any attributes on the Cart type are defined on only one of the systems, cart synchronization between the Servigistics InService Offline system and the Servigistics InService web system fails.

For example, attributes added to the Cart type on the Servigistics InService web system, but not present on the Servigistics InService Offline system, result in cart synchronization failure.
