Removing a User from an Offline System
If a user is logged in to the disconnected system at the time that they are removed from the service group associated with the disconnected system, the user is still able to access the disconnected system.
To complete the removal of the user from the service group, another user with activation privileges on the disconnected system must log in or perform the Update License action. The removed user can still access the disconnected system, but has no access to any information made available through the service group.
