When a user with Activation privileges, selects the Log into web system action from the synchronize icon, the Servigistics InService system automatically updates the access control definitions for all users in that service group. A message notifies the user that this happening, and the user is redirected to the main Servigistics InService user interface once the process completes. This process can take several minutes.

If the license for a service group has been revoked, that revocation is automatically invoked when any user from the service group connects to the internet. It does not require a user to authenticate.
