Inventory - Inventory Engine

Install and Configure ServiceMax > Settings Library > Standard Settings > Inventory > Inventory - Inventory Engine

1. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > App Administration > Configuration Profiles.

2. Click Org Profiles tab.

3. Select the Active profile.

4. Click Settings tab.

5. Expand the module and the submodule to view the relevant settings.

Calculate Composite Key for Product Stock

This setting enables the creation of a unique record for the Composite Key field on the Product Stock object. This Composite Key field is used to prevent the creation of duplicate entries of Product Stock with the same Product, Location, and Status. Turning this setting off will stop the generation of a unique key in the Composite Key field and possibly allow for duplicate entries of Product Stock to be created.

Only Stocked Serial records with the active flag set will be considered for all Inventory processes.

Enable/Disable the Legacy Inventory Processing Page

When this setting is True, the Legacy Inventory Processing Page is enabled in the org. Updating this setting to False will disable the Legacy Inventory Processing Page and Enable the New React Inventory Processing Page.

This setting is used in Enabling New Inventory Processing Wizard.
