Troubleshooting Workflow Configuration Errors

To begin troubleshooting workflow configuration errors, it is helpful to obtain workflow definition information, such as names and record IDs, for the affected Job and Appointment records. You can then use this information to trace the sources of errors, and update settings and parameters as needed to resolve issues.
