Troubleshooting CPU/SOQL/Apex Limits
During real-time sync from Salesforce to Service Board, if transactions reach the CPU, Heap, SOQL or DML limits, you can temporarily disable Service Board so that you can work on the issues.
To temporarily disable Service Board:
1. In Salesforce, on the Service Board Setup page, click App Administration > Configuration Profiles > Org Profiles Tab, and then in the list view, click the active org profile.
2. On the Org Profile page, click Settings Tab > Dispatch Management > Service Board, and then in the list view, click the name of the SET001 setting.
3. In the Setting Detail dialog box, under Current Value, select False, and then in the bottom left corner, click Apply.
