Troubleshooting CPU/SOQL/Apex Limits
During real-time sync from Salesforce to Service Board, if transactions reach the CPU, Heap, SOQL or DML limits, you can temporarily disable Service Board so that you can work on the issues.
To temporarily disable Service Board:
1. In Salesforce, on the Service Board Setup page, on the App Administration tab, click Settings, and then on the Manage Settings page, select the Dispatch Management module and the Service Board submodule.
2. Update the value of SET001 to False.
