System Administrator
Provides full platform-level administration with broad access across Max applications, and manages environment and infrastructure-level controls for Service Board operations.
Implementer
Service Board Integration
Supports Salesforce-to-Service Board integration workflows, synchronization, and integration-user operations to ensure reliable data exchange.
Developer
Uses Max Designer to design and extend application behavior, build custom configurations, and support implementation-specific development needs.
Dispatcher Operations
Dispatcher
Uses Scheduler and Map capabilities to match resources to jobs, dispatch and reschedule appointments, and manage day-to-day scheduling operations.
Dispatcher Read Only
Views Scheduler and Map scheduling information in read-only mode without performing scheduling updates.
Crew Manager
Oversees crews and crew-resource assignments, and manages crew-level scheduling activities, typically alongside dispatcher responsibilities.
Field Execution
Technician
Works with assigned appointments and status transitions in field execution scenarios, including ServiceMax Go-based technician workflows.
Read-Only Consumer
Service Board Read-Only All
Provides broad read-only visibility across Service Board and Service Board Admin applications for monitoring and oversight use cases.
Platform User
Standard User
Default foundational role assigned to authenticated Max users to establish baseline platform access.
