Resolving MUTUAL_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED Errors
In cases where the integration user credentials used to connect to Salesforce expire, a MUTUAL_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED error occurs.
To resolve MUTUAL_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED errors:
1. Log into Salesforce and change the integration user password.
2. On the Max side, update the SFDC Login Password field in the relevant tenant record.
