Service Board Create/Read/Update/Delete (CRUD) record access is managed by access control policies defined by system administrators at the tenant level. The audit trail is a field-level change log generated by the Max platform.

The ServiceMax TechOps team cannot download tenant data, and has no access to tenants without login credentials provided by the tenant system administrator.
