In Service Board, the Credential object stores skill, certification, and product expertise data that is used to calculate Resource recommendations and also leveraged in Resource searches. At initial sync, data from the Salesforce Skills object is loaded into the Credential object, and used to calculate Resource recommendations along with the Qualification and Job Requirements objects. Credential records must be configured on the Service Board side after initial data sync.
