Parts Catalog Setup
For the out-of-the-box features to function correctly, ensure that the following checks are performed:

Master Data Setup
For every Investigation Part (Stark__Investigation_Part__c), ensure that there are two related records as follows:
Part (Stark__Part__c): This is the part’s catalog maintained within Remote Triage based on machine learning.
Related Product(Stark__Related_Product__c): This is a lookup to the standard Product (Product2) object.

ServiceMax’s Work Details looks up to this object when creating parts lines for estimates (and consumption).
For Related Product to populate the value correctly, ensure that <Part.PartID> has the same value as <Related Product. Product Code >.
Verification
After the investigation is complete, if there are parts recommendations, ensure that the Investigation_Parts master-detail field on the Investigation (Stark__Investigation__c) object is populated with one or more Investigation Parts.
