Package Installation
The integration between ServiceMax and Aquant Remote Triage is achieved through ServiceMax AI Package.
Prerequisite
Before installing the ServiceMax AI Package, ensure that the ServiceMax Package is installed and configured. For information on how to install and configure ServiceMax, see the Installation and Setup section.

Installation
To install the ServiceMax AI Package:
1. Click the applicable release train name (for example, 24.1) on the ServiceMax Release Page.
2. Click the appropriate package link (Production or Sandbox) in the ServiceMax AI row of the Release Packages table.
3. Select the users and profiles for which you want to install the package.
4. Click Install.
