Support for File Upload Question in Forms
The File Upload question enables end users to directly upload files into the Form, enhancing the overall functionality and usability. Users can attach evidence in various formats, including PDFs, Word documents, videos, and images, collected as part of the Form. This feature strengthens checklist capabilities and improves compliance and accountability through audit capabilities.
The administrators can configure this question type in the DataGuide forms, view the attached files in the submitted forms, and produce the attached files during audits.
The tof technician can upload the files in to the form.

New Language Support
The ServiceMax DataGuide now supports the following languages:
Danish
Norwegian
For a list of supported languages, see Language Support and Translations.
The administrators can import or export the translations for the additional languages to manage translations efficiently and effectively. For more information, see Form Translations and Document Template Translations.
The technicians can access the Form templates and Document Templates in their preferred language to understand the questions in the form and fill it up accurately. For more information, see Printing PDF in Preferred Language.
