Importing Solutions
You can add or update multiple solution records by importing a properly formatted CSV file. This process saves time, reduces manual data entry, and helps maintain accurate and consistent data in the Solutions dictionary.
Prerequisites
Prepare a CSV (Comma delimited) file with Title (required), Description, and Active columns.
Ensure each Title value is not blank and is unique.
Remove any leading or trailing spaces from the Title field in the CSV file before importing. Spaces can cause the import to fail.
To complete the import, perform the following tasks:
Selecting Import Options and Uploading CSV for Solutions: Choose import actions and upload your CSV file.
Mapping CSV Fields for Solutions: Map the CSV columns to Salesforce fields.
Reviewing and Starting Import for Solutions: Review import settings and start the import process.
