Enabling Lightning Widget for Investigation
The Investigation widget can be added to Lightning record pages to allow Remote Service Engineers (RSEs) to view, add, and manage Observations, Root Causes, and Solutions directly within a transaction. Administrators can configure this widget in the Lightning App Builder for Work Orders, Service Requests, and Cases to ensure consistent troubleshooting capabilities across all service stages.
