Deleting an Observation
You can delete an observation if it is no longer needed.
To delete an observation:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Investigations > Manage Observations.
The Observations page is displayed.
2. To view all observations, click All Observations from the list view dropdown.
A list of observations is displayed.
3. Locate the observation you want to delete, then click the More Actions menu next to it and select Delete.

The Delete Observation pop-up window is displayed.
4. Click Delete to confirm the deletion or click Cancel to discard the action.
The selected observation is deleted.
5. After deletion, a confirmation message appears at the top of the screen with an Undo hyperlink. Click Undo if you want to restore the deleted observation.

The Undo option is available only for a few seconds.
