Deleting a Solution
You can delete a solution if it is no longer needed.
To delete a solution:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Investigations > Manage Solutions.
The Solutions page is displayed.
2. To view all solutions, click All Solutions from the list view dropdown.
A list of solutions is displayed.
3. Locate the solution you want to delete, then click the More Actions menu next to it and select Delete.
The Delete Solution pop-up window is displayed.
4. Click Delete to confirm the deletion or click Cancel to discard the action.
The selected solution is deleted.
5. After deletion, a confirmation message appears at the top of the screen with an Undo hyperlink. Click Undo if you want to restore the deleted solution.

The Undo option is available only for a few seconds.
