Deleting a Root Cause Applicability
You can delete a Root Cause Applicability if it is no longer needed.
To delete a Root Cause Applicability:
1. Click the App Launcher, type Root Cause Applicabilities in the search bar, and select it from the results.
The Root Cause Applicabilities page is displayed.
2. In the list view, locate the Record Number, click the More Actions next to it, and then select Delete.
The Delete Root Cause Applicability confirmation pop-up window is displayed.
3. Click Delete to confirm and remove the record or Cancel to close the window without deleting.
After deletion, a confirmation message appears at the top of the screen with an Undo hyperlink.
4. Click Undo if you want to restore the deleted Root Cause Applicability.

The Undo option is available only for a few seconds.
