Attachments can be shared through emails if it is enabled and configured on your mobile device. Shared attachments/Salesforce Files get downloaded in the client app, only if the respective user has access to the parent record.-Social networking apps cannot be used for sharing attachments.
The number of attachments you can share in a single email or text depends on the overall size of the selected attachments and is not controlled by Field Service App.
*
It is recommended that multiple attachments be shared in batches of 5. If there are large attachments, share them individually.
You can share locally generated Smart Documents only after they have been synced to the server. If an attachment of unrecognized format is shared, then it is not reflected in the count of attachments selected.
