Resolving Conflicts
Based on the create/edit action done for a record, the type of conflict shown will vary. Similarly, the list of actions that can be taken to resolve the conflict will also vary. This section explains the different types of actions and the steps to be taken to resolve them. Tap the Data Sync option and then tap Resolve to view the details of the sync conflict and the resolution options.

After choosing a resolution option, you need to initiate data sync manually by tapping the Sync Data Now button in the Data Sync section of the Tools screen. Choosing any resolution option, including Retry, does not start the data sync automatically.
