Assumptions
The admin setting up Engage has a good SFDC knowledge and background in the following areas.
Understand SFDC Experiences Sharing Rules and Permissions wrt External User Accounts.
Understand the use of SFDC Flows.
Knowledge of Existing SVMX Back Office Process for Work Order Management.
