Action Area
You can configure the following features in the Action Area tab.
• Chat
• Create Service Request
Chat
The feature allows you to configure the chat option for a location. Disabling removes the ability to connect directly to the Zinc Hotline.
To enable or disable the chat for a location:
1. Click the toggle button to enable or disable.
2. Click Save to apply the changes.
Create Service Request
The feature allows you to create a Service Request for a location.
To enable or disable the Create Service Request:
1. Click the toggle button to enable or disable.
2. Click Save to apply the changes.
