Activating Triggered Flow
Alternate contact details are captured when creating a Customer Request for an Asset or a Location. To comply with GDPR (Data Privacy Rules), the alternate contact details are removed permanently, when the Customer Request moves to the Completed or Cancelled state. This applies to:
Single Asset Request
Multi-Asset Request
You must activate the Engage - Delete Alternate Contact to delete the captured contact details. To activate:
1. Navigate to Salesforce Setup > Process Automation > Flows.
2. Select Triggered Flows from the Flow Definitions.
3. Click the checkbox in the Active column for Engage - Delete Alternate Contact flow.
