Adding Keywords to a Form
Keywords are tags you can add to forms to indicate product lines, types, or job categories, such as Preventive Maintenance.
You can add the keywords on any form in draft state or a new form. To add keywords:
1. Navigate to > > .
OR
Click any form from the list in a draft state to
edit a form.
3. Enter the keywords in the
Properties tab. Keywords are case insensitive.
The new keywords are added as pills. When you start typing, the existing keywords are displayed that you can select.
|
|
• You can add or remove one keyword pill at a time.
• You can add up to ten keywords to a form.
• You can use alphabets, numbers, and special characters in the keywords. Comma is not supported.
• You can enter a maximum of 50 characters for the keyword. If it exceeds this limit, an error message Limit keywords to 50 characters is displayed.
• You cannot edit a pill. You have to remove and re-add.
|
The keywords are saved with the form version when you save or publish the form. The keywords are displayed in read-only mode when the form is published. The keywords on the form are preserved:
• When you create a new version either from Forms Manager or from the edit form page.
• When you clone a form.
