Audit Trail for Configurator
After you run ServiceMax Configurator to load the default configuration and page layouts, you can view the summary in the audit trail file.
To view the audit trail log file:
1. Click the ServiceMax Jobs menu tab on the Home page. The ServiceMax Jobs page is displayed. It lists the recent ServiceMax jobs.
2. Select the relevant ServiceMax job that has been run for ServiceMax Configurator.The Job detail is displayed. Navigate to the Notes & Attachments section of the Job record. The log file for the ServiceMax Configurator run is available in the section.
