Default time range (months)
|
Enter the default time range in months. The default value is 24. It indicates that the last 2 year's records will be considered for processing. You can set it up to 60 months.

Select the time range for processing the time card records:
• After Last Schedule Execution
• Default time range mentioned above

Type of records to be considered in the time range
|
Select the type of records to be considered in the time range:
• Both Created and Modified
• Created only
• Modified Only
|
Allow admin to configure criteria to qualify records for reprocessing
|
Select Yes to configure the criteria to qualify records for reprocessing.
• If this field is set to Yes, the "Criteria for reprocessing records" field is enabled on the Time Tracking configuration page.
• If this field is set to No, the "Criteria for reprocessing records" field is not displayed on the Time Tracking configuration page.

Action when re-processing the same records
|
Select the action that needs to be taken when an entry for the IB and Source record combination is already present in the IB Time Card object:
• Update existing entries in table: updates the existing entries in the IB Time Card object for the installed product and Source record combination.
• Ignore Records - Do not make any updates: Reprocessed record updates are ignored, and no changes are made to existing entries in IB Time Card.

The value selected for each option applies to all time tracking configurations.
