Viewing the Execution Log Tab
The Execution Log tab allows you to view the status of the time-tracking job execution and other details related to the job.
To view the time tracking execution log status:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Installed Base, Preventive Maintenance and Field Change Orders > Time Tracking. The Time Tracking list view is displayed.
2. Click the Execution Logs tab to open the Execution Logs page.
3. View the log details as described in the following table.
Columns
Description
Name
Displays the ServiceMax Job number. Click the hyperlink to view the respective Job record page.
Start Time
Displays the DateTime when the time tracking configuration execution started.
End Time
Displays the DateTime when the time tracking configuration execution ended.
Job Status
Displays the execution job status whether success or failure.
Refresh Icon
Click the Refresh icon to refresh the status of the log.
View Log
Click the View Log option from the drop-down menu for each row to view the log details in a new window.
Delete
Click the Delete option from the drop-down menu for each row to delete the log.
