Static text can include \n for newline and \t for eight spaces. Examples: {Subject}, Service Duration: {SVMXC__Service_Duration__c}. If left blank, mobile apps display the values of specific Work Order fields such as Account, City, and State, based on hard-wired logic, for Work Order events. They display the event subject for all other events.
