Searching for ServiceMax Custom Labels
ServiceMax custom labels can be filtered using the criteria Namespace Prefix Equals SVMXC.
They are further organized by using ServiceMax Sub-Module Id as the custom label name prefix, and by setting custom label Categories to submodule (hyperlink) id, submodule name, and module (hyperlink) id.
For example:
Custom labels used in Dispatch Console start with the prefixDCON001_ and have Categories set to DCON001, Dispatch Console Flex, DCON. Custom labels used by configuration screens have the prefix CONF<nnn>_ and have Categories set to strings such as CONF006, Manage Configuration Profiles, CONF, CONF016, SFM Wizard Designer, CONF, and so on.
Custom labels used by all mobile apps start with the prefix IPAD<nnn>_, with the Categories set to strings such as IPAD018, Synchronisation, IPAD, IPAD015, Login Screen, IPAD, and so on. This is because, ServiceMax for iPad was the first mobile app and the labels defined for this app have been reused by Mobile For Laptops, ServiceMax for iPhone, and ServiceMax for Android, as all the mobile apps are built with a common architecture.
Some labels, which are commonly used across features, are defined with the prefix COMM<nnn>_ (sample Categories: COMM001, Common, COMM).
