Reports and Dashboards
A bundle of reports and a dashboard covering all the metrics is available out of the box. It is not installed by default, and can be deployed in your org separately. To get this bundle, contact your ServiceMax Account Executive. You can then edit /clone these reports, to suit your business requirements.
After you deploy this bundle in your org, you will see Scheduling Effectiveness dashboard under SPM Dashboard folder.
The following reports are available under the SPM Reports folder:
