Viewing Product Stock Updates
To view stock quantities for the Batch/Lot inventory at a Stocking Location record such as warehouse location, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Stocking Location for a record.
2. Click the Product Stock Related List option.
3. Navigate to the Product Stock record.
4. In the Product Stock screen, verify the Quantity value for:
◦ Batched and Non-Batch/Serialized Stock
◦ Batched and Serialized Stock
5. Review the Related information on the Product Stock Related List page.The related records in the Product Stock Related List show quantity and detail information for Batch/Lot or Serialized Stock. Each batch/Lot, Serialized item should have its own Stock Serial/Lot Detail Record with a name matching the item's serial number. the Lookup field for the Batch/Lot object should show the associated Batch/Lot for the item.
The Stock information includes one of the following details:
• Batched, non-serialized stock: Verify the Stock Serial/Lot Detail related record with the batch quantity and associated to the Batch/Lot number.
• Non-batched, serialized Stock: Verify the Stock Serial/Lot Detail related records in the Product Stock Related List. Each serialized item has its own Stock Serial/Lot Detail Record with a name matching the item's serial number.
• Batched and serialized stock: Verify the Stock Serial/Lot Detail Record line with the Stocked Serial Number and the Batch/Lot number for that stocked serial.related records in the Product Stock Related List. Each batch/Lot, Serialized item has its own Stock Serial/Lot Detail Record with a name matching the item's serial number. The Lookup field for the Batch/Lot object displays the associated Batch/Lot for the item.
