Other Settings
• Set Chatter and Knowledge Base related settings to the lowest value that meets the business requirements, to keep the data downloaded to the mobile app to a minimum and to reduce the time taken for the Chatter screen to load on the app.
• Disable Location Tracking if you don’t need to track technician’s location.
• Set the location ping frequency depending upon how frequently field location of technicians changes, and the granularity required in tracking the changes for use by dispatchers
• Allow API Access only if the feature is used.
• Enable Checklists only if you need the checklists to be downloaded to the mobile user's device. Additionally, use Download In Progress and Download Complete settings only if you specifically need the In Progress and Competed checklists downloaded to the device.
