Troubleshooting and Summary
Enable Troubleshooting, Enable Service Report, and Enable Service Report Generation checkbox options are available in the Screen Designer tab in SFM Designer. These are at the page layout level for View Record type SFM 100 Account History and Product History transactions on Work Order object. For other objects, these options are not supported, though they are displayed in the Properties pane. A description of these options is given below:
Enable Troubleshooting displays the Troubleshooting option under Troubleshooting section in the Actions menu, clicking which launches the Troubleshooting page. This page allows searching of and access to the Knowledge Base articles setup in Salesforce, and access to available Product Manual if any for the Work Order’s product. The Troubleshooting page also displays an icon to initiate Chatter on the Work Order’s product, if Chatter is configured.
Enable Service Report View displays the Summary button, clicking which launches the work order Summary Report.
Enable Service Report Generation displays the Generate button in the Summary Report, enabling PDF Summary Report file generation and attachment to the record.
