Attachment
This is enabled for SFM transactions of any type except Output Documents (Smart Documents) in Advanced Options tab in SFM Designer. It is enabled to associate the attachment with the target header object.
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Service Flow Manager > SFM Designer.
2. Select the SFM transaction.
3. Go to the Layout Editor tab, and then expand Mobile Options from right pane.
4. Enable Allow Attachments.
| You must configure Advanced Download Criteria for downloading attachments to the mobile device. Attachments, including finalized Smart Docs (PDF file), will be displayed in Attachments tab of SFM transactions only when Advanced Download Criteria configuration is done. |
