The Show Account History and Show Product History checkbox options are available in the Screen Designer tab in SFM Designer. These are at the page layout level for View Record type SFM transactions on Work Order object. For other objects, these options are not supported, though they are displayed in the Properties pane.

Enabling these options displays the history of closed work orders associated with the Account (managed custom field, lookup to Account object) or Component (managed custom field, lookup to Installed Product object) of the given Work Order record, on tapping the Account History or Product History options in the left pane of iPad App.
