Access and Permissions
This section provides the details about the ServiceMax configuration object access required for various operations related to all the mobile applications except ServiceMax Offline Client. These are for the mobile app users. For permissions required for managing the related configurations, refer to the relevant configuration sections. Apart from these, relevant access is required for all the transaction objects used. These include Work Orders, Work Details, and so on.

The ‘ServiceMax Standard’ permission set or a clone of the same can be associated with the user accounts of mobile users so that they get most of the required permissions on ServiceMax configuration objects, Apex classes, and VisualForce pages.
