For translations managed using Salesforce platform, out-of-the-box (OOTB) translations for all supported languages are loaded when ServiceMax package is installed. OOTB translations of strings managed using ServiceMax Translation Workbench are loaded by ServiceMax Configurator. Both of these are loaded for all supported languages unconditionally, irrespective of whether the languages are activated in the org or not.

New or updated OOTB translations are made available with every release. The scope of these translations includes strings introduced/changed till the preceding major release.
