Since installed products are strongly connected to most ServiceMax transactions, review and make sure the installed product record is not used in any related records. When you are deleting an Installed Product, you will not be warned if the installed product is used in a related record. Instead of deleting an installed product, it is always recommended to change the status to Scrap.
