Executing Time Tracking
All active time-tracking configurations are picked up for execution as per the schedule defined within the configuration.To run a specific time-tracking configuration(s), perform the following steps.
To run a specific time-tracking configuration:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Installed Base, Preventive Maintenance and Field Change Orders > Time Tracking. The Time Tracking list view is displayed.
2. Click the action menu at the end of the row for the time-tracking configuration that you want to execute, and select Run Now. The configuration is added to the queue for execution. You can check the execution status in the Execution Logs tab. When complete, the IB Time Card object is updated with the results.
3. Select multiple checkboxes if you want to execute more than one time tracking configuration and then click the Run Now button on the top. The time-tracking configurations are added to the queue. You can check the status in the Execution Logs tab.

A maximum of up to five active configurations can be selected for immediate execution at one time.
