Enabling or Disabling Decreased Status for Product Stock
In the inventory processes, you can enable or disable the DECREASED status in the source location product stock record when the stock transfer is carried out between the source and destination location. You can create a custom setting SET00999 and set it to False only when the destination is a non-stocking location. Updating the setting SET00999 to False enables the DECREASED status in the source location product stock record.
*
Note: It is not mandatory to create the custom setting SET00999. If the custom setting SET00999 is absent, there is no change in the inventory process behavior.
To create a custom setting:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > App Administrator > Settings.
2. Select the Module: Inventory and Submodule: Inventory Engine.
3. Click New Setting under the Custom Settings section and enter the following details:
a. Setting ID: SET00999
*
