1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Installed Base, Preventive Maintenance and Field Change Orders > Time Tracking. The Time Tracking list view is displayed.

2. Select a time-tracking configuration that you want to edit and from the drop-down menu option select Clone. The Time Tracking configuration page is displayed in Edit mode. A clone of the selected time-tracking configuration is created with the same Action Id prefixed with "Copy of" in the Process Name and Developer Name.

3. Edit the required fields. For more information, see Creating Time Tracking.

4. Click Save.
