Bulk Loading of Questions
Bulk-loading of questions and allowed answer values for applicable question types helps speed up the building of question library. This requires knowledge of Salesforce Dataloader and MS Excel VLOOKUP function. It involves the following steps:
• Creation of QB Response Set records for capturing all the possible answer values for questions of type Checkbox, Picklist, Multi-select Picklist, and Radio Button.
• Creation of Question Bank records for each question, with appropriate response sets associated with questions of type mentioned above.
