Using Clear Cache
Manually clear cached configuration data in the ServiceMax AI Console to ensure it reflects the most recent settings. This is especially useful after configuration updates or instance migrations, as it removes outdated data and aligns AI behavior with the latest configuration.
Use Case
After migrating a configuration package from a staging instance to a production instance, the administrator must ensure that the ServiceMax AI Console reflects the latest configuration.
To clear the cache, perform the following steps.
1. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > ServiceMax AI > ServiceMax AI Console.
The ServiceMax AI Console is launched.
2. On the sidebar, click ServiceMax AI > Manage ServiceMax AI.
The Manage ServiceMax AI page is displayed.
3. Click Clear Cache.
A confirmation message appears, indicating that the cache is cleared. The console now reflects the latest configuration.
