Configuring the Login Flow with Terms and Conditions
As part of the legal agreement with ServiceMax, it is mandatory to configure a login flow with Terms and Conditions. This ensures compliance by requiring users to review and accept the Terms and Conditions after a successful login to Saleasforce on Alibaba Cloud (SFoA) orgs. Before configuring the login flow, contact the ServiceMax Team to obtain the approved Terms and Conditions content.
Use the following steps to configure the login flow with the Terms and Conditions:
Step 1: Creating and Configuring a Screen Flow
1. Open the Flow Builder and go to Setup.
2. In the Quick Find box, search for Flows and select it under Process Automation.
3. Click New Flow.
4. Select Screen Flow, and then click Create.
5. Add a Screen element to the canvas.
6. Enter a name. For example, TermsAndConditionsScreen.
7. Add a Display Text component and paste the required terms and conditions.
8. Add a Checkbox component and enter the following details.
Label: I agree to the Terms and Conditions.
API Name: AgreedToTerms
Mark the Checkbox as Required.
9. Click Save.
10. Provide a flow name.
11. Click Activate.
Step 2: Assigning the Flow to a Login Flow
1. Open Login Flows and go to Setup.
2. In the Quick Find box, search for Logic Flows and select it.
3. Click New to create a Login Flow Assignment.
4. Enter a name.
5. Select the flow created earlier.
6. Specify the User License and Profile that the login flow should apply to.
7. Click Save.
After completing these steps, users are prompted to accept the Terms and Conditions before they access the application.
