ServiceMax has introduced a Parts Planning and Optimization feature powered by Servigistics. This functionality enables organizations to optimize inventory levels at their Field Stocking Locations. It extracts demand details, parts master data, product replacement information, current inventory levels, and inventory locations from ServiceMax. These inputs are processed through Servigistics’ optimization algorithms, which then provide optimized inventory levels by location and product.

Servigistics is a software solution that helps companies optimize their service parts management, focusing on inventory forecasting, parts pricing, and supply chain efficiency for after-sales service operations or customers that utilize ServiceMax for their FSM system and utilize Servigistics, there are valuable inputs that can be synced from ServiceMax A360 to Servigistics. ServiceMax A360 provides a complete solution for tracking and maintaining detailed asset information, such as products, parts, inventory locations, part and product demand, and stock at inventory locations.

Extracting, transforming, and loading data between both systems is required. This document provides an overview of the functional requirements and implementation considerations for integrating these two systems.
