SF Command Plugins for Migration
This section describes SF plugin commands used in Asset 360 for configuration migration activities.
The Asset 360 CLI commands start with the prefix svmx. Administrators can run the commands on local machines or continuous integration (CI) systems.

SFDX command plugins are deprecated by Salesforce. For more information, see Move from SFDX to SF. ServiceMax recommends that you switch from the SFDX-style commands are advised to switch to SF-style commands.
You must uninstall SFDX command plugins before installing SF command plugins. An installation error is displayed if you install SF command plugins without uninstalling SFDX plugins.
New configuration items added in the Asset 360 11.0 release can be migrated using the SF-style commands only.
You can still use the SFDX command plugins. However, ServiceMax recommends that you use the SF-style commands.
