Cloning a Custom Request
You can clone a request when it is in the Active, Inactive, and Archived state.
To clone a custom request:
1. Navigate to Engage Setup > Mobile App Settings > Request.
2. Click the Custom Request tab.
3. Click Clone from the context menu. The Request Settings screen is displayed.
A copy of the request configuration is created.
The request is set to Inactive.
