Viewing the PSC Record Details
To view the PSC record details:
1. Navigate to the Product Service Campaigns tab.
The PSC page is displayed.
2. Click the name of the PSC record you want to view.
The PSC record details screen is displayed using a Lightning Record Page Layout.
