Service Requests Data Model
The Service Requests object holds the list of actionable or reviewable requests received from any external systems or connected applications for any asset in Asset 360.
Service requests can be an alert, event, field service request, asset information, update to asset attributes, or operational notifications.
Automated flows in Asset 360 update the Service Request record with additional information such as the asset's account and product information.
Through custom flows, Work Orders, or any custom object record created from service requests must have a lookup to the service request record to trace and close the service request lifecycle.
