Managing Packaged Standard Flows
Perform the following options to manage the packaged standard flows.
1. Log in to Asset 360 with your valid credentials, and then open Asset 360 Admin.
2. Navigate to > . The Package Flow Setting screen is displayed.
3. Use the Enabled checkbox to determine the status of each packaged flow for your organization.
◦ Selected — packaged flow remains active after the next upgrade.
◦ Not Selected — packaged flow gets inactive after the next upgrade.
 | Due to the SFDC policy, all the packaged flows in the SFDC Setup becomes enabled automatically during each upgrade. This A360 Admin setting takes precedence over the SFDC flow status and allows you to disable flows as needed regardless of what is indicated in the SFDC Setup. |
4. Click Update.
The disabled package flow setting is not updated by the subsequent package upgrades, so you do not need to make any changes to this setting post-upgrade. You can follow the same steps to enable or disable the packaged flows as required.
